Paying Bills

Payments may be made in person, via mail (please allow 5 business days for mailing) or left in our drop box. Also, for your convenience, the City of Morrison offers payment options such as direct debit for your utility bill, as well as credit and debit card payments.

If paying in person, City Hall hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding holidays.

Can’t make it in to City Hall to make your payment in person?   For your convenience, the City provides a drop box located between the south side outside doors. The drop box is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We empty the contents of the box once each week day at 7:45 a.m. The City is not responsible for cash payments made through the drop box.
